Holiday Shipping Schedule 2009
In an attempt to assist those ordering for the upcoming holidays, please refer to the following shipping schedule to ensure on time delivery of your order:
UPS Ground: Order by Dec 10th
UPS 3-Day Select: Order by Dec 14th
UPS 2-Day Air: Order by December 15th
UPS Next Day Air: Order by December 17th
These dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Always order early to be on the safe side.
Shipping schedule is for domestic shipping destinations only.
Shipping schedule pertains to products that are in stock. Custom, special orders, and imported products must be ordered earlier to compensate for the additional time necessary to manufacturer/import the product.

As many of you may have noticed, we've added a new satin and velvet corsets category to our online catalog. We've started adding new products to this category over the past week. We are in negotiations with another corset manufacturer to bring an even more diverse collection of corsets to our store.
This afternoon we also released our newest logo. I know it seems we change logo's often, but we try to keep the site looking fresh with new enhancements.
We also just added a new feedback widget. We want to know what you are looking for and how we can make our site better! The widget hangs out on the right side of the screen just waiting for someone to use it.
It's already September and our kids are back in school. That means the holidays are right around the corner! Start shopping now and save yourself the headache of backorders and unavailable items!
In a few weeks we will be posting our 2010 media release packet, filled with updates and company changes for 2010, including some new products we will be offering.

Effective June 15,2009, XTC Apparel will no longer be selling products manufactured by Sensual Mystique. This decision was made as we prepare to introduce new lines of clothing due to premier in Fall.

Due to a fire at Polymorphe's production facility in Canada, there is a delay in getting out orders for their products If you are interested in purchasing a Polymorphe product, we recommend you contact us first for more information.

We reduced prices of many of our top of the line products from manufacturers such as Northbound Leather, Stormy Leather and more. These price reductions will remain in affect for one full year to allow those suffering from a weak economy to enjoy some of our best available products.

We are proud to introduce our newest logo for XTC Apparel LLC. In addition, we lowered prices on more than 300 products to help make affordable many of our products for those who are feeling the money crunch.

As you may have already noticed, we redesigned the look of our website over the weekend. We added a few new features and removed those not being used. Let us know what you think!
Payment Update 02/12/2008
Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting personal checks or money orders. Payment can be submitted through PayPal or by credit card through our 128 bit SSL encrypted payment page.

Today we introduced a new product layout for our store. The new layout features a lightbox effect for the product images as well as easier navigation. We ask for your patience while we continue to work out a few minor kinks with some of the product images.

XTC Apparel is pleased to announce a partnership with The Original Cult. The Original Cult may be better known to many as Lip Service, Kill City and Blacklist. The Original Cult will bring to XTC Apparel many new styles of apparel as we endeavor to expand our product line to meet the growing demands of our customers. You can look for these new products as they are added to our online catalog sometime mid December.

Product Update 10/06/2007
Effective immediately, XTC Apparel will no longer carry items manufactured by Kookie International. Kookie has failed to meet the demands of today's small business requirements and we cannot satisfy their outlandish minimums as a manufacturer.
However, as we lose Kookie, we are currently in talks with two other manufacturers who's products will be available at XTC Apparel in early 2008.
Product Update 09/17/2007
As many manufacturers prepare to release their 2008 line of clothing and accessories, we have started removing numerous items scheduled to be discontinued by the manufacturers by October. As we remove these old products. we are also adding several new products from new manufacturers not previously available at XTC Apparel until now. Don't worry though, our manufacturers are coming out with some hot new items for 2008 you won't want to miss!!!

XTC Apparel has officially launched it's first ever Live Person chat software. Old, new and potential customers can now chat live with an XTC Apparel representative. There is no solid schedule as to when live chat will be available. Just look for the green ONLINE graphic and you will know someone is available to help you.
