Return & Exchange PolicyRETURN, EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICIES
No return or exchange will be honored without first having received a RMA number from our customer service department. Unapproved returns will be refused and returned at your expense. RMA requests must be emailed within 10 business days upon delivery of item.
Any product being returned or exchanged must have the original product tags still attached to the item, if applicable.
Because the nature of XTC Apparel is adult oriented, we must carefully approve all return and exchange requests to avoid violating any federal health code laws. If you intend on making a purchase that risks being returned or exchanged, we encourage you to first contact us with the product information to determine whether that item qualifes for a return/exchange.
XTC Apparel will not be held liable for purchases that cannot be returned/exchanged if the buyer does not first contact a representative for assistance.
FOLLOW THESE 3 STEPS BELOW TO MAKE A RETURN.
1. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM.
2. SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO THE ADDRESS(S) SUPPLIED IN THE RETURN EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US WITH YOUR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
3. AFTER YOU SHIP OUT YOUR ITEM, EMAIL US WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER, CARRIER AND DATE YOU SHIPPED YOUR PRODUCT BACK. WE RECOMMEND YOU USE A CARRIER THAT PROVIDES INSURANCE AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
If you cancel an order after it has shipped out, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee AND a 10% cancellation fee, If you submit payment and cancel an order BEFORE it goes out, then you will be refunded the total amount.
