Return Policy
Policy updated on January 18, 2012
Effective 01/18/2012, customers wishing to return a purchase in exchange for a different size, color etc must place a new order. After requesting a return authorization, you will be emailed our return address.
Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
No return will be honored without first having received a RMA number from our customer service department. Unapproved returns will be refused and returned at your expense. RMA requests must be emailed within 10 business days upon delivery of item.
Any product being returned must be unworn, in resellable condition and have the original product tags still attached to the item, if applicable. [Updated 08/02/2011 to include unworn] [Updated 01/18/2012 to include resellable condition]
Because the nature of XTC Apparel is adult oriented, we must carefully approve all return and exchange requests to avoid violating any state and local health code laws. If you intend on making a purchase that risks being returned or exchanged, we encourage you to first contact us with the product information to determine whether that item qualifes for a return/exchange.
XTC Apparel will not be held liable for purchases that cannot be returned/exchanged if the buyer does not first contact a representative for assistance.
NOTE: Latex apparel, items with direct contact with the genitals and custom ordered products cannot be returned. Please carefully consider sizing when purchasing these products. [Updated 08/02/2011 to include custom ordered products]
All returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is waived for those ordering a replacement item, i.e. an exchange.
XTC Apparel is not responsible for any return shipping fees incurred as a result of an approved return or exchange. [Added 08/02/2011]
FOLLOW THESE 3 STEPS BELOW TO MAKE A RETURN.
1. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM.
2. SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO THE ADDRESS(S) SUPPLIED IN THE RETURN EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US WITH YOUR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
3. AFTER YOU SHIP OUT YOUR ITEM, EMAIL US WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER, CARRIER AND DATE YOU SHIPPED YOUR PRODUCT BACK. WE RECOMMEND YOU USE A CARRIER THAT PROVIDES INSURANCE AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
If you cancel an order after it has shipped out, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee AND a 10% cancellation fee. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping fees incurred when returning the item to us. If you submit payment and cancel an order BEFORE it goes out, then you will be refunded the total amount and will not be penalized any fees.
