At XTC Apparel, we strive to provide the quickest possible turn-round time for your order.  There are several things to keep in mind before placing your order with us.

First, we stock large inventories for many of our products.  However, when an item is not in stock, we may ship it to you direct from the manufacturer.  When shipping from the manufacturer, you may experience slight delays in receiving your order.

No orders will be processed or fulfilled on Saturdays, Sundays or legal Holidays.

We try our best to ship your order within 72 hours after we receive your order.  Sometimes it will even ship sooner, depending on current order loads.  This is what we try to do but cannot be guaranteed. However, if your item is on backorder or out of stock, shipping will be delayed.  We will email you if there is a delay in shipping your order.

POST OFFICE BOXES:  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  We need a physical street address.


POLICY UPDATE:  For those placing orders using a freight forwarding service, your order will be immediately canceled and you will not receive any correspondence from XTC Apparel.  Freight Forwarding services are the middle man for fraudulant transactions and these transactions will not be tolerated.

 

HOLIDAY SEASONS:  Due to the increase in sales during specific holidays, especially Valentines Day, Halloween and Christmas, we will do our best to get your order out as fast as we can, but there is the possibility of additional delays before orders may be shipped.
